Merrill’s Photography respects your right to privacy. We want to have a trusting relationship with our customers, and to that end, we make this commitment. “We will never use the information you provide to us for any reason other than to process and ship your orders.”

Ordering:
Inquiries regarding purchases are handled on a first-come-first-serve basis. Every attempt is made to respond to your inquiry in a timely manner. Fine Art in stock will be shipped within week. Images that must be ordered will take a little longer. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Call if you have a special deadline.

Billing Options:
Payments can be made by credit card, check or money order. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards. Orders can be submitted by email, phone or snail mail.

Check or Money Order:
All checks or money orders should be payable to Merrill’s Photography. Money orders are processed immediately, checks are processed as soon as they clear. Please do not send cash.

Privacy

Shipping and Delivery:
Shipments ordered will usually be sent within two weeks of receipt of order and completion of payment authorization. This time can vary somewhat depending on photo art and framing options selected. Purchases will be sent via UPS or US Postal Service. As the US Post Office will not ship glass, those orders will be sent via UPS. Be sure to include your street address when ordering.
